Aylild is an awkward woman shaped by her, as it stands, three decades plus living in a very unusual situation in the Underdark and stands out like a sore thumb above ground; city life especially is mostly a mystery to her now. She is a druid who hasn't been able to spent much time with other druids in a very long time, dedicating herself to learning about and communing with myconids, and this has shaped much of her personality. Often absent-minded and distracted, with a tendency to drift off in the middle of conversations if certain thoughts strike her, she is nonetheless a dedicated and determined person who fully commits to her goals.
Quite frequently to her own detriment.
Possessing a deep level of creativity that one might not expect of her at first glance, Aylild is good at finding unusual solutions to problems and is very willing to listen to the ideas of others... once she has decided someone is trustworthy and not a threat to any of her charges, which can take some time. If she doesn't? Well, that little touch of something fungal within her is venomous, and that can drive her to extreme measures and a violence shocking to the strange but unthreatening being most see her as...

- Being a circle of spores druid specifically was not down to choice. The subclass was essentially forced upon her years ago by shadow druid attackers through a nasty, directed curse. How and why this happened is a mystery to her currently, and she does seek to find out as part of her quest to uncover the specifics of it.
